What size company do you work with?

Seed to Series B SaaS, agencies, and ambitious SMBs doing $50k to $5M ARR. If you are pre-revenue or post-Series C, we are probably not the right fit.

How is this different from a marketing agency?

Most agencies sell hours and ship decks. We ship systems. The output is automation, AI agents, growth ops, and live campaigns running in your stack, not a strategy document.

What is the 30-day delivery guarantee?

Every engagement starts with a written scope: the system we build, the date it ships, the lever we are pulling. If we miss the ship date, we keep building at no extra cost until it is live and handed over.

Do you work in our existing stack?

Yes. We work natively in HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, n8n, Make, Zapier, Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, and the usual marketing stack. We will tell you up front if a tool change is needed.

Why only three active clients at a time?

Quality control. Every client gets a senior team building the system, not a junior project manager forwarding emails. Three is the number we can run in parallel at the standard we want to ship. When one engagement wraps, the next slot opens.

How do payments work?

Builds are fixed-price (50% kickoff, 50% on handover). After launch, retainer is optional: Care ($1.5k/mo), Grow ($3.5k/mo), or Partner ($7k+/mo). Cancel anytime, no minimum term, no multi-year contracts.

Where are you based?

Growth Ninja Group LLC is registered in Delaware, USA. We work globally with B2B teams across the US, EU, GCC, and APAC. All work is delivered remotely, async-first.

What happens after the engagement ends?

You own the systems outright. Source code, credentials, documentation, all handed over. We include 30 days of free tuning post-launch. After that, most clients opt into a Grow or Partner retainer to keep the system improving, but it is always optional.
