What to have ready

Where your data goes
LiveBrain runs on your Mac.
Stays on your Mac
Your files and everything it learns are stored on your Mac, and the search over them runs there too. Nothing is sent to us.
Goes to Anthropic
When a job needs Claude, what it reads for that job goes to Anthropic under your own Claude account and its terms. Whether Anthropic may use it to improve Claude is your choice, under “Help improve Claude” in your Claude privacy settings. We check that setting with you on install day.
Goes to the tools you connect
Drafts and records go to the accounts you connect, such as Gmail, Drive, Notion, Slack or your CRM, under your own logins. A few jobs use outside tools you sign up for yourself, such as web search, page crawling or image making, and each gets only what that job needs.
What we see
Your screen on install day, while we set it up with you. After that, only what you share with us for a fix or the monthly tune up. You type every password yourself, and we keep no copy of your files or your memory.
If you stop
Cancel the monthly plan and your install stays on your Mac and keeps working, without updates or fixes. 1 command removes the LiveBrain service from your Mac. Your memory, tasks and files stay in their folder until you delete them.

Introduce a client, earn 50% of their install fee
For every client you introduce who buys an install, we pay you 50% of their install fee once they are past their first 30 days, then 10% of every monthly payment for as long as they stay.
