- On the first call you choose 10 questions it should answer, and before setup day you give us the files that hold the answers.
- An answer counts when it matches what your file says and names that file.
- If any of the 10 still misses on day 30, we keep working for free until all 10 pass, and your monthly plan starts only then.

LiveBrain runs on your Mac.
Stays on your Mac
Your files and everything it learns are stored on your Mac, and the search over them runs there too. Nothing is sent to us.

Goes to Anthropic
When a job needs Claude, what it reads for that job goes to Anthropic, Claude’s maker, under your own Claude account and its terms. Whether Anthropic may use it to improve Claude is your choice, under “Help improve Claude” in your Claude privacy settings. We check that setting with you on setup day.

Goes to the tools you connect
Drafts and records go to the accounts you connect, such as Gmail, Drive, Notion, Slack or your CRM, under your own logins. A few jobs use outside tools you sign up for yourself, such as web search, reading web pages or making images, and each gets only what that job needs.

Reaches us only when you show us
Your screen on setup day, while we set it up with you. After that, only what you share with us for a fix or the monthly tune up. You type every password yourself, and we keep no copy of your files or of what LiveBrain has learned about your business.
Stays with you if you stop
Cancel the monthly plan and your setup stays on your Mac and keeps working, without updates or fixes. 1 command removes LiveBrain’s programs from your Mac. What it learned about your business, its task list and your files stay in their folder until you delete them.
